🌿 Calm the Overwhelm

Short-Term EFT Support for When Things Feel Like Too Much

There are moments when life feels louder than usual.

Emotions come on strong.
Your nervous system feels activated.
One situation, decision, or pattern takes up more space than you’d like.

Calm the Overwhelm is designed for those moments.

This short-term container offers focused, supportive EFT sessions to help reduce emotional intensity and restore a sense of steadiness — without pressure to fix, analyze, or push yourself through.

This is for you if:

  • You’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed, experiencing anxious feelings, or easily activated right now
  • A specific issue or period of stress feels like it’s taking over
  • You notice your nervous system having trouble settling after stress
  • You want support feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded
  • You’re looking for relief without diving into long-term work just yet

You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.
This container offers a place to pause, settle, and breathe again.

What we focus on

Calm the Overwhelm is not about forcing change or diving aggressively into the past.

Instead, we focus on:

  • calming the nervous system
  • reducing emotional intensity
  • creating enough safety and steadiness to feel more like yourself again

The goal is stabilization — helping your system settle so you can respond with more clarity and less reactivity.

Many people use this container during:

  • periods of acute stress or heightened anxious feelings
  • life transitions
  • emotional overload
  • moments when coping feels harder than usual

How the work unfolds

We work together over a short period of time, allowing your nervous system to experience support and regulation without being rushed.

Sessions are calm and collaborative, guided by what feels most present and workable for you in each moment.

I draw from Clinical EFT and Quantum EFT, grounded in nervous-system awareness and energy psychology. The approach is always tailored to your needs and capacity — there’s no one-size-fits-all process.

If earlier memories or experiences arise, we approach them gradually and only at a pace that feels manageable. You won’t be pushed to go further than feels workable for you.

When helpful, I may also share brief audio reflections or grounding practices to support integration between sessions. You’re welcome to reach out with short check-ins or reflections as things arise, and support is always offered with care for your nervous system and capacity.

What you may notice

As the work unfolds, you may begin to notice:

  • Reduced emotional intensity
  • Feeling calmer and more grounded
  • Greater ability to pause rather than react
  • Feeling more rested or able to focus
  • A sense of relief and steadiness returning

This container is often a meaningful first step — especially when things feel like too much to manage alone.

Important note about readiness

Calm the Overwhelm is designed for short-term support and stabilization.

If you notice that the same patterns continue resurfacing or you’re seeking deeper, lasting change, I typically recommend a longer container that allows for continuity and deeper, collaborative work over time.

We can always talk about that together if and when it feels appropriate.
