I can really recommend her for EFT work.
I had one session with Caroline and found her to be a very empathetic therapist.  I felt very relaxed and safe during the session.  Caroline guided me through my issues very skilfully.  I already knew about EFT so was able to tap along easily with Caroline.  However, she did explain anything I was uncertain of with great clarity which I really appreciated.  Caroline also helped me to continue with the EFT on my own at home as there are more issues regarding grief and physical pain which I need to deal with.
I came away from the session feeling very relaxed and positive and ready to do more work on myself.  If I need more help I will certainly contact Caroline again as her gentle approach really resonated with me.

Just to let you know the pain in my foot reduced from an 8 to a 1 after the session and has remained this low for 24 hours now.  Quite amazing!
