The foundation of my work is Clinical EFT, a mind-body approach that helps reduce emotional charge at the root, with Quantum EFT integrated when appropriate. Sessions are guided by your needs and what you feel ready to approach, paced in a way your nervous system can integrate, and always held with care and steady support.

A 12-Week Guided Process for Building Steady Self-Trust

This is for you if:

  • You notice the same emotional or relational patterns repeating
  • Insight hasn’t translated into lasting change
  • Self-doubt or internal pressure keeps resurfacing
  • You suspect earlier experiences are still shaping your reactions
  • You’re ready to work at the root — not just manage symptoms

This 12-week process is designed for deeper, pattern-level change. We identify what’s holding you back and work with it directly — whether that’s past experiences, repetitive self-talk, or automatic emotional responses.

This is structured, guided work that builds over time. The pace is steady and sustainable, but meaningful change requires willingness and consistency.

  • You’re ready to strengthen self-responsibility in how you live and choose
  • You want steady, ongoing support as your life continues to expand

Embodying Your Change offers structured, consistent support over six months to help you integrate what has shifted and continue refining how you lead your life. This is not about fixing — it’s about living differently, with depth and steadiness over time.
