About Me

Hi, I’m Caroline — and I’m really glad you’re here.

I work with people who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in repeating patterns, or disconnected from their inner steadiness, even after doing a lot of personal growth work. My approach is gentle, relational, and paced — grounded in safety rather than pressure or fixing.

My path into this work began with my own search for relief and clarity. Like many people, I explored spiritual practices and personal development tools that offered insight, but didn’t always lead to lasting change in my day-to-day experience. When I discovered EFT, something shifted. Working with the body — not just the mind — brought a sense of steadiness and integration that I hadn’t found before.

That experience eventually led me to complete a year-long Clinical EFT certification through EFT Universe, where I received extensive, evidence-based training in working with emotional patterns, stress responses, and the nervous system. Over time, my work naturally expanded to include Quantum EFT and additional energy psychology approaches, which support deeper listening and a more multidimensional understanding of what people carry. I also remain actively engaged in ongoing education, supervision, and professional development so that my work continues to evolve with care, ethics, and integrity.

While I draw from multiple modalities, the heart of my work isn’t about techniques — it’s about how we work together.

I offer a space that is collaborative, respectful, and responsive to your nervous system. We move at a pace that feels supportive, paying attention to what’s present rather than forcing outcomes. Many people I work with are thoughtful, sensitive, and self-aware — and still find themselves getting caught in familiar emotional loops or putting pressure on themselves to “get it right.” My role is to help you relate to those experiences with more steadiness, compassion, and choice.

I’m especially drawn to approaches that honor the body’s wisdom and the idea that support unfolds through relationship — with yourself, with your emotions, and with life as it is. My own spiritual orientation informs how I listen and hold space, but the work itself remains grounded, practical, and attuned to your lived experience.

You don’t need to be broken to want support.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.

If you’re curious about working together, the next step is simply to reach out. From there, we can connect and explore what kind of support would feel most helpful right now.
